Position : Civil Draftsman

Job Location: Pune

Work Experience: Min 2-15 years in high-rise buildings (Contractor Firm)

Salary: 10-20%+ on your Current CTC (as per experience & industry standards )

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Draughtsman with a solid background in architectural and structural drafting, particularly in the real estate. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong AutoCAD and BIM proficiency, and the ability to translate design concepts into high-quality technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

*Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings for real estate projects using AutoCAD and other design tools.

*Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery.

*Update and maintain drawing logs, design libraries, and documentation.

*Review and revise drawings based on technical feedback and regulatory requirements.

*Ensure compliance with industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.

*Conduct on-site visits (if required) for drawing verification and coordination.

Requirements

*Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

*7 to 10 years of experience as a draughtsman in real estate, High Rise Projects.

*Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and MS Office.

*Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural detailing, and building bylaws.

*Excellent visualization skills and attention to detail.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday
