Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of 12 -15 retail outlets within a designated region.
• Lead and manage teams across four critical areas: People, Business, Process, and Compliance.
• Conduct data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Collaborate with HR to assess and fulfill manpower requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company processes related to people, product, and assets.
• Uphold compliance standards across all stores and regional office.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Maintenance.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and handling complex operational challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations, HR, finance, and maintenance functions.
