Your Role:

CTO / Chief AI Officer

• Lead the

  design and development

  of a

  custom conversational bot framework and infrastructure

• Build an End-to-End Conversational AI Platform with Emotion and Avatar Interaction, built Entirely from Scratch
• Architect and oversee a

  multi-tenant SaaS platform

  with robust scalability, API-based delivery, and modular AI integration
• Build and manage

  data pipelines

  , integrate

  open-source models

  and/or

  LLM APIs

  , and eventually develop

  proprietary model pipelines

• Develop the

  backend and cloud architecture

  for delivering scalable, low-latency, real-time bot services (voice + avatar)
• Make key decisions on

  technology stack

  ,

  cloud infrastructure

  , and

  model orchestration

• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to align technical development with strategic goals
• Hire, lead, and mentor a lean team of engineers as we scale

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in

  Computer Science

  AI/ML

  Software Engineering

  , or related technical field
• (Preferred) Additional certification or research background in

  Machine Learning

Experience:

• 7+ years

  of software development experience, including

  3+ years in leadership or architect-level roles

• Proven experience designing and scaling

  multi-tenant SaaS

  platforms
• Strong hands-on background in

  AI/ML

  , especially

  NLP

  ,

  LLMs

  ,

  voice synthesis

  , or

  dialogue systems

• Experience working with tools like

  TensorFlow

  ,

  PyTorch

  ,

  LangChain

  , or

  OpenAI APIs

  is a big plus
• Cloud architecture skills across

  Kubernetes

• (Preferred) Direct experience building a proprietary conversational AI platform or custom bot infrastructure

  with customer-facing chat/voice/AI avatar features. Candidates with prior experience bootstrapping such platforms at an early-stage startup will be highly preferred.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of

  conversational AI

  , including chat/voice interfaces, embeddings, model fine-tuning, and real-time serving
• Expertise in building

  custom frameworks

  or systems from scratch (not just configuring prebuilt platforms)
• Strong software architecture and systems design abilities
• Leadership and team-building capabilities in a startup environment
• Ability to take ownership, work independently, and iterate fast
