Recon Chemicals India, established in 2024, is a fast-growing supplier of high-quality raw materials for the construction chemicals, CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers), Plastic, Detergent and other industries. As part of the globally established Recon Chemicals network, we bring deep technical expertise, strong sourcing channels, and agile logistics to support Indian manufacturers.

With a growing portfolio and expanding customer base, we are now looking to bring in a visionary leader to drive our next phase of growth in India.

CEO / India Business Head

• Own and execute the India growth strategy
• Build and manage high-performance sales and operations teams
• Drive new customer acquisition across coatings, construction chemicals, adhesives, sealants
• Lead vendor and supplier relationships globally
• Oversee pricing, gross margin, and profitability
• Represent the company in trade and industry forums
  

• 12–25 years of experience in 

  specialty chemicals, raw materials distribution

  , or 

  construction chemicals

• Prior leadership experience in scaling a chemical distribution or trading business
• Technical background (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering) preferred
• Strong network among manufacturers/formulators
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on leadership style
  

• Leadership role with autonomy and growth ownership
