Job Title: Channel Development Manager-Real Estate
Location: Kukatpally-Hyderabad , Vijayawada
Department: Sales/Business Development
Reports To: CEO
Primary Role:
The Channel Development Manager-Real Estate is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new Real estate channel partners (marketing companies, Freelancers, Brokers, Agents, etc.) to expand the company’s market reach and drive revenue growth. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, building relationships with potential partners, and ensuring alignment with the company’s sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Recruitment & Prospecting
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and recruit high-potential channel partners.
- Research and target potential partners in key markets, industries, and geographies.
- Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, industry events, and partner referrals.
- Evaluate partner capabilities, market reach, and revenue potential before onboarding.
2. Partner Onboarding & Enablement
- Manage the end-to-end partner onboarding process, including agreements, training, and certifications.
- Ensure partners have access to sales collateral, product training, and marketing resources.
- Conduct initial business planning sessions to align partner goals with company objectives.
3. Relationship & Performance Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.
- Monitor partner performance, track KPIs (revenue, pipeline growth, deal registrations), and provide support.
- Address partner challenges and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Organize regular business reviews to assess progress and identify growth opportunities.
4. Market & Competitive Analysis
- Analyse industry trends, competitor channel strategies, and market gaps.
- Identify untapped regions or verticals for partner expansion.
- Provide insights to leadership on partner needs and market opportunities.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Teams to align partner recruitment with company goals.
- Coordinate with Marketing to develop partner recruitment campaigns (webinars, trade shows, co-branded content).
- Liaise with Legal & Finance to streamline partner contracts and incentive programs.
6. Strategy & Reporting
- Define and track recruitment KPIs (e.g., number of new partners, revenue contribution).
- Maintain accurate records and partner management tools.
- Report on recruitment progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of new partners recruited per quarter/year
- Revenue generated through new partners
- Partner engagement & retention rates
- Time-to-onboarding efficiency
- Market expansion in target regions
Skills & Competencies Required:

Preferred Qualifications/abilities
-Education: Graduate/MBA
- 2 to 7 years of Experience with Reputed Real estate/insurance/Telecom organizations
- Experience with partner management tools.
- Existing network of potential partners in the Real estate industry.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment targets.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events
