Center Head Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for P&L and smooth functioning of the Units in alignment with the strategy and objectives of the organization
• Manage day to day operations of the Centers by coordinating with departmental heads
• To manage conversion ratio from consultants, referrals and other departments to enhance revenue and value additions.
• Supporting the Marketing team in implementing marketing activities such as camps, doctors meets and events creating brand awareness and visibility.
• Responsible for controlling Capital Expenditures and Operational Expenditures.
• Ensure to have a strong control on outstanding/credit bills and discounts as per policy
• Responsible for employee engagement and solving internal stakeholders problems proactively.
• Management and implementation of all people related processes.
• Taking care of the personnel requirements of the departments with regards to staff selection, development, deployment, absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Engaging in Consultant management in coordination with Medical Directors.
• Recruiting Consultants depending upon clinical requirement and business opportunity.
• Ensure timely payouts to visiting consultants and external doctors
• Analyzing the Customer Complaints and suggestions and ensuring remedial implementation.
• Review Customer feedback scores and takes corrective course of action to improve Customer experience
• Participating in the complaints management process, resolving problems for patients and their relatives by actively dealing with problems as and when they occur.
• Ensuring NABH Quality standards are maintained and to oversee quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring that all audits/reviews of the departments are undertaken and address issues raised, if any.
• Ensuring right inventory levels are maintained at Hospital at any point of time.
• Looking after the services operations & maintenance of hospital building, components, including interior utilities, equipments and statute.
• Prepares monthly reports and shares it with key stakeholders
• Develop and manage relationship with regulatory authorities and other external agencies
