Position: Center Coordinator
Location: EuroKids, Niti Khand 1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad
Job Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee daily operations of the preschool , daycare and activities
✅ Ensure a safe, loving, and engaging environment for children aged 2+ years✅ Lead, train, and mentor teachers and support staff✅ Maintain high standards of curriculum implementation and classroom practices✅ Build positive relationships with parents and address their concerns professionally✅ Drive admissions, parent engagement, and marketing activities indoor & outdoor✅ Ensure compliance with EuroKids policies and operational standards

Requirements:

Graduate/Post-Graduate
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a leadership role in a school/ preschoolExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership with a child-first approach
