Role & responsibilities : Process & Product Quality Control: Monitor and ensure quality in incoming, in-process, and final inspection stages. Perform and review dimensional inspections, CMM inspections, and apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) effectively. Conduct layout inspection and verification of critical characteristics. Quality System Management: Manage and execute APQP and PPAP documentation and submissions. Conduct MSA and maintain SPC and control charts for key processes. Perform and support PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection) and layered audits. Surface Treatment Oversight: Ensure compliance and quality in heat treatment, shot peening, CED coating, and powder coating processes. Customer-Centric Activities: Handle customer complaints, perform root cause analysis using 8D methodology, and ensure on-time closure of customer concerns. Maintain QA MIS reports and drive actions for continuous improvement. Problem Solving & Quality Tools: Utilize 7 QC tools, conduct problem-solving activities, and implement preventive and corrective actions. Participate in internal audits and support supplier quality improvements. Raw Material Quality: Inspect and approve raw materials and components, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards.
