About Commercial Banking Group

The Commercial Banking Group is responsible for delivering One Axis to clients with a turnover between Rs 10 Crs. to Rs 250 Crs. by offering products & solutions around forex, trade, payments, cash management and tax payments along with retail products like salary, trust services, forex, commercial card, credit cards etcAbout the RoleThe Relationship Manager is responsible for the achievement of the budgeted targets by sourcing NTB business through channels/self-sourcing and customer relationship management. The Job holder also coordinates post sanction formalities such as, disbursement, cross-sell, compliance of statutory & internal audit issues and provides industry/segment specific feedback to Geography and Central Office teamKey ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads by identifying potential industrial areas/trading units & prepare strategies to increase the Bank s penetration in those areasManage the internal (Branches/ other business verticals) and external (empanelled outsourced agencies) lead generating channels to generate the expected businessEnable the sanctioning process by ensuring conduct and scrutiny of pre-disbursement activitiesLiaison with Corporate Banking Operations team and Centralized Processing Unit to enable smooth completion of post sanction formalities, account opening and disbursementMeet customer service requirements through regular interactions with the customers to understand business condition, enhancement opportunity, etcMonitor transactions in the customer accounts to ensure that the cash flow movement and end use of fund are in compliance with the sanction stipulationsAssist the Credit Manager in unit inspections and ensure timely insurance renewal, DP updated, stock renewal statement scrutiny and gathering of relevant market informationEnsure maintenance of quality and health of portfolio and minimize Days Past Due through regular interactions with the customerInitiate recovery of stressed accounts through tele-calling/ field visitsEnsure compliance to the stipulated guidelines/ norms and ensure closure to the audit processesQualificationsGraduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized instituteRole ProficienciesKnowledge of banking products and servicesAbility to manage complex client situationsGood communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local languageAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlinesGood networking and relationship building skills#ComeAsYouAre "We are dil se open.
