Job Title: Senior Finance Manager Location: Mumbai, India Experience Required: 10+ years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Professional to lead and manage our financial operations, strategic planning, and compliance functions. This role will play a pivotal part in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and providing key insights to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc. Oversee audits (statutory, internal, tax) and liaise with external auditors. Develop internal financial controls and processes to manage risk and support business growth. Monitor working capital, manage treasury operations, and optimize cost structures. Prepare financial models and business plans for new initiatives or investments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, HR, procurement, operations) to align finance strategy with business goals. Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external consultants. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team. Qualifications: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution. 10+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in [industry name]. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance. Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, or similar ERP tools).
