We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Architect to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Design Development : Assist senior architects in creating detailed architectural designs, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models, using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Drafting and Documentation : Prepare and revise architectural drawings and technical documents, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Site Visits : Participate in site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with design specifications. Collaboration : Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various aspects of the project. Client Interaction : Assist in client meetings and presentations, helping to communicate design ideas and gather feedback. Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in architectural design and project development. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketchup, V Ray) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite. Basic knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Desired Skills: Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models. Understanding of sustainable design principles and LEED certification processes.
