Job Description

Customer Acquisition: Focuses on acquiring new customers, including opening Current and Savings Accounts (CASA), salary accounts, and other relevant banking products.  Sales and Cross-selling: Sells a range of banking products to new and existing customers, including loans, insurance, and investment products.  Relationship Management: Builds and maintains relationships with existing customers to increase their engagement and identify cross-selling opportunities.  Lead Generation: Generates leads through various channels, including marketing activities, customer referrals, and by leveraging relationships with internal teams.  Sales Targets: Achieves assigned sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.  Customer Interaction: Handles customer queries, provides product information, and ensures customer satisfaction.  Compliance and Documentation: Adheres to all compliance guidelines, completes necessary certifications, and maintains accurate records of customer interactions.  Market Engagement: Conducts marketing activities, participates in corporate events, and engages with customers in the field.
