Job Summary:

As an Omni-Channel Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Jewellery marketing strategies across multiple platforms. You will lead a team, utilizing your expertise in data modelling, list cutting, data analysis, and creative content writing to develop and execute innovative campaigns. The ideal candidate will be visionary, continuously seeking opportunities to grow the business and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies to reach target audiences and maximize ROI.
• Utilize data modelling techniques to analyse customer behaviour, preferences, and market trends to inform campaign strategies.
• Oversee list cutting processes to ensure accurate segmentation and targeting for campaigns.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for optimization, and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive creativity in content writing, crafting compelling messaging and narratives to engage and resonate with target audiences across various channels.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to innovate and evolve marketing strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to support campaign execution and delivery.

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in omni-channel marketing with a focus on campaign management and strategy development.
