Campaign Manager

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end campaign management across owned channels:
Thanks App, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications
Design and implement campaign journeys to drive business outcomes and increase funnel efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally with
marketing, product, analytics, tech, and brand
teams to ensure alignment and execution
Monitor campaign performance daily, identify drop-offs, and implement timely interventions
A/B test creatives, copies, timing, and segmentation to continuously optimize engagement and conversion
Develop and refine targeting strategies using customer behavior, segmentation, and past interaction data
Create clear documentation of campaign plans, results, and learnings to scale successful tactics
Maintain a strong user-first lens; conduct regular feedback loops to understand consumer preferences and messaging impact

Must Haves

Bachelor's degree in any field
2–4 years of hands-on experience in
campaign management, performance marketing, or CRM
Strong command over
numbers, performance metrics, conversion ratios
, and data-driven decision-making
Proficiency in tools like
Excel
, campaign platforms (MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinker with a sharp eye for content, timing, and messaging nuances
