Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Caller. The Caller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, providing information about study abroad programs, answering queries, and assisting with the application process. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up with potential applicants, and coordinating with the advisory team to ensure personalized guidance is delivered effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills for effectively reaching out to and interacting with prospective students
• Excellent customer service skills and an ability to answer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Data management skills for maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple team members and departments to ensure seamless support
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Prior experience in a customer service or telecalling role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred
