Job Description

  • Answering Incoming Calls: Promptly and professionally answering patient calls, addressing inquiries, and providing information.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Managing appointment schedules, coordinating with healthcare providers, and verifying patient information.
  • Verifying Patient Information: Gathering and verifying patient demographic, insurance, and medical information accurately.
  • Resolving Patient Issues: Addressing complaints, concerns, and issues with a focus on patient satisfaction and positive communication.
  • Providing Basic Medical Information: Offering basic medical information, directions, and guidance to patients as appropriate.
  • Documenting Interactions: Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions, inquiries, and appointment details.
  • Following Protocols: Adhering to established call center procedures, including HIPAA compliance.
  • Collaborating with Teams: Working collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to address patient issues and improve service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
