Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Butler at Fazlani Nature's Nest Wellness Centre in Mawal, Pune. The Butler will be responsible for providing personalized guest services, managing the guests' dining experiences, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other staff to meet guests' needs, assisting with luggage, providing information about the wellness programs and resort amenities, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to provide high standards of personalized service
• Experience in luxury hospitality or a similar role
• Knowledge of wellness programs and treatments is a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Professional demeanor and appearance
