Job Description:

Calltawk Solutions LLC-FZ is hiring a skilled and driven Business Representative Executive (BRE) to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in client acquisition, business development, or inside sales and must be capable of handling both domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and convert potential business leads into long-term clients.
• Promote company services to clients through calls, emails, and presentations.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their continued satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate reports on performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or in a similar profile.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficient in using MS Office, CRM systems, and email communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
