We are now expanding into new business lines — and we’re looking for a sharp, driven, and analytical operator to lead one of them from scratch.

About the Role

As the Business Lead – Founder’s Office, you will work directly with the Founder to launch and scale a new business vertical. This is a unique opportunity to own a zero-to-one initiative inside a fast-growing EdTech company. You’ll lead strategy, operations, execution, and growth — and play a pivotal role in shaping UrbanPro’s next chapter.

Specific Duties/Responsibilities :-

• Identify, validate, and launch a new business vertical with founder guidance
• Own the entire P&L and performance metrics from day one
• Conduct deep market/user research and competitive benchmarking
• Build operational processes, playbooks, and early teams if needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and ops teams
• Monitor KPIs and use data to drive decision-making and iteration
• Take a test-and-learn approach — quickly adapt and scale what works

Skills/Experience Requirements :-

1–3 years of experience in startups, business ops, product, consulting, or analytics

Strong analytical skills — you're comfortable with Excel, SQL, dashboards

Grit, ownership, and hunger to build something impactful

Ability to work in ambiguity, take initiative, and execute independently

Excellent written and verbal communication

Entrepreneurial mindset or past side-project/startup experience is a big plus

Education/Other Pre-Requisites :-

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Business, or Math/Stats.
