What started from a small garage in 2006 with nothing but a dream - "To become India's leading online gaming portal" has now turned into one of the most profitable start-ups in India that have gone through cycles of angel, venture capital and private equity investments.We're a diverse group of thinkers and doers who are reimagining what's possible to make it easier for all of us to do what we love in new ways.Objectives of this RoleWork with data to solve business problems, building and maintaining the infrastructure to answer questions and improve processesHelp streamline our data science workflows, adding value to our product offering and building out our customer lifecycle and retention modelsWork closely with the data science and business intelligence teams to develop data models and pipelines for research, reporting, and machine learningBe an advocate for best practices and continued learningWhat You’ll Do:Develop BI dashboards and data visualizations to drive business decisionsWork with cross-functional teams to analyze user behavior and product performanceBuild and optimize data models and reporting systemsTranslate data into actionable insights that support growth, retention, and customer experienceWhat We’re Looking For:1-3 years of experience in BI, SQL, data modeling, ETL, and reporting tools (MicroStrategy preferred)Strong analytical mindset and business acumenAbility to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to non-technical teamsExperience in any B2C domain like Gaming, Fintech, EdTech, or E-commerce is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating and managing reports on BI toolsHands-on experience with SQL database design
