Role Purpose The role aims to support visual interpretation of data from various sources and utilize this information to design data-driven solutions based on client requirements. Develop valuable insights from multiple data sources as per client needs: - Engage with customers to understand requirements and objectives, technology trends, and define the final data output - Create wireframes, prototypes, and use cases to demonstrate the required data output - Analyze, propose, and implement data technology and tools for visualization - Provide solutions for RFPs ensuring alignment with business needs - Validate solutions from a technological, cost, and customer differentiation perspective - Design and implement data visualization aspects including classical BI dashboards - Collaborate with data architects on data platform architecture and governance processes - Manage metadata and data assets, identify problem areas, and provide solutions Enable Pre-Sales Team: - Assist pre-sales team in presenting data design principles to clients - Coordinate with client teams to ensure requirements are met - Showcase technical expertise to clients and act as a trusted advisor Capability Building and Team Management: - Ensure completion of trainings and certifications - Develop Wipro's point of view on data visualization through white papers and blogs - Represent Wipro's Thought Leadership internally and externally - Mentor team members for career development - Anticipate talent requirements and hire appropriate resources - Conduct selection interviews to enhance the data visualization practice Performance Parameters: - Project Delivery: Quality of design and architecture, on-time delivery within cost and quality parameters - Mandatory Skills: Geographic Information Systems (Car support) - Experience: >10 YEARS Join Wipro to be part of a modern, end-to-end digital transformation journey.
