Role Overview:

Business Development Specialist

What You’ll Do:

• Build and execute outbound strategies (LinkedIn, email, etc.) targeting SaaS, Fintech, Healthtech, and Edtech startups
• Identify and engage decision-makers at Seed to Series B companies
• Qualify leads and set up high-value discovery calls
• Work closely with the founder to refine positioning, pitch, and outreach
• Maintain CRM and track conversion metrics

You’re a Fit If You:

• Have 2–4 years of B2B outbound sales or lead generation experience (bonus if in tech/agency/AI)
• Understand founder pain points: bandwidth, delivery drag, dev bottlenecks
• Can craft sharp, insight-led messages that get replies
• Are process-driven, metric-focused, and able to work async

Bonus:

• Experience selling AI/ML, dev services, or B2B SaaS
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or Lemlist
• Past success landing meetings with startup founders or product teams
