What You'll Do

• Lead Go-To-Market efforts

  : From prospecting to closing deals across CXO/leadership hiring mandates.

• Client Partnerships

  : Build strong relationships with decision-makers at GCCs, Fortune 500s, and high-growth firms.

• Market Expansion

  : Launch sales presence in

  Middle East, APAC, and Europe

• Sales Playbooks & Systems

  : Create SOPs, outreach frameworks, and performance dashboards.

• Build the team

  : Hire and groom A+ sales talent as we scale.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in

  B2B sales

  , business development, or consulting (recruitment industry experience is a plus but not mandatory)
• A true

  builder’s mindset

• Strong communication and storytelling ability
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders (CHROs, CEOs, business heads)
