Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Gurugram with some work from home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategies to increase revenue, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction. Additional tasks include conducting market research, attending industry events, and preparing reports on business development activities.

Qualifications

Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
Strong analytical skills for conducting market research and developing strategies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the technology or engineering industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
