Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales operations to achieve targets, including lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion into new markets. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and stay ahead of the competition. Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting for sales performance. Ability to identify challenges and implement creative solutions for customers and the business. Desired Candidate Profile 4-6 years of experience in interior architecture or related field (B2C/B2B). Strong understanding of product knowledge, sales strategy, marketing management, financial sales, presentation skills, communication skills, network & business development. Fluent English language proficiency required; ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Understand customer requirements and provide customized furniture and interior solutions. In-depth understanding of furniture design, materials, finishes , and interior dcor trends . Strong understanding of market trends, competitors , and customer preferences within the interiors and furniture industry.
