Job Description

  • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager for Field Sales to join our team in Nagpur, India
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through sales of Microsoft and ICT solutions
  • This role requires strong field sales experience, a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and ICT products, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships

key_responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:[Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Microsoft and ICT sectors to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand customer base
  • Client Relationship Management:[Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the field
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their business challenges
  • Product Knowledge & Solution Selling:[Demonstrate a deep understanding of Microsoft products and ICT solutions, including their benefits and applications
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Market Analysis & Strategy:[Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
  • Develop strategies to position our offerings effectively and differentiate from competitors
  • Collaboration & Coordination:[Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and product management, to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts
  • Coordinate with partners and vendors to enhance product offerings and service delivery
  • Reporting & Forecasting:[Track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to budget planning and resource allocation

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in field sales, with a focus on Microsoft and ICT products
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Skills/Scope:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and ICT solutions, including cloud computing, enterprise software, and digital transformation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Skills & Competencies:[Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and sales metrics
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
