About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current contacts
• Generate leads, conduct meetings, and close deals with prospective clients
• Create and present compelling proposals tailored to client needs
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and operations) to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
• Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and strong commercial awareness

• Understanding of digital marketing or sales automation tools
