Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Business Development Executive based in Kolkata. As a Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with clients and partners. They play a key role in expanding the company's reach, developing business plans, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project execution and sustained profitability. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and Developing New Business Opportunities:

• This involves researching market trends, identifying potential clients, and evaluating new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. 

• Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:

• BDMs cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction. 

• Developing and Executing Business Plans:

• They create detailed business plans that outline strategies for new markets, client acquisition, and product development. 

• Collaborating with Internal Teams:

• BDMs work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and ensure smooth project execution. 

• Negotiating and Closing Deals:

• They leverage strong negotiation skills to secure new clients and finalize strategic partnerships that contribute to the company's profitability. 

• Tracking and Analysing Performance:

• BDMs monitor sales progress, track key performance indicators, and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and ensure that business goals are being met. 

• Training and Mentoring:

• They may also be involved in training and mentoring junior team members, helping them develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in business development roles.
