Job Title: Business Development Executive – Field Sales

Experience: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Onboarding & Management:

Identify, onboard, and manage a strong network of event service providers including venues, caterers, DJs, makeup artists, decorators, and more.

• Lead Generation & Sales:

Actively generate leads for event services through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and partnerships. Track and follow up on all sales opportunities.

• Client & Vendor Meetings:

Conduct in-person meetings across Chennai to engage with clients and vendors, pitch services, and understand requirements.

• Negotiation & Deal Closure:

Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors and clients to close bookings efficiently.

• CRM & Service Delivery:

Maintain accurate records in CRM software, track progress, and ensure successful execution and service delivery for all events.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in field sales, vendor management, or event sales
• Proven track record in closing deals and building vendor/client relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be comfortable with on-ground visits and local travel
• Background in the event or hospitality industry is a strong plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
