Key Responsibilities:

1. School Outreach & Relationship Building

• Visit schools regularly to introduce ABL’s STEM Programs, Science Labs, and the Kr8ivity League.
• Build strong relationships with school principals, management, and educators.
• Schedule and deliver impactful demos and presentations for management, teachers, and students.

2. Program Demonstrations

• Conduct live demonstrations of STEM products, kits, and activities in schools.
• Clearly communicate program benefits, outcomes, and alignment with NEP & 21st-century skills.

3. Lead Generation & Marketing

• Drive lead generation through innovative marketing activities, school activations, and local campaigns.
• Support ATL/BTL campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Represent ABL Education at education fairs, seminars, and school events.

4. Sales & Follow-ups

• Identify and pursue new school partnerships.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads to close deals.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the organization.

Key Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree (Science/Engineering/Marketing background preferred)

✅ 1–3 years of experience in business development, school sales, or education-related roles

✅ Excellent communication & presentation skills

✅ Strong interpersonal skills to engage with school leaders & educators

✅ Passion for education, innovation, and student-centric learning

✅ Open to extensive travel (up to 15–20 days a month)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
