The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be a key driver of our growth, responsible for identifying and securing new client partnerships within the vibrant events and exhibitions landscape. You will leverage your sales expertise to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and present innovative event solutions that captivate and convert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients for a diverse range of events, exhibitions, and brand activation's.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers across corporate clients, agencies, and institutions.
  • Master client requirements, crafting and pitching tailored event solutions through compelling presentations.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact PowerPoint presentations and comprehensive sales decks that showcase our capabilities.
  • Drive significant revenue generation through strategic sales planning and effective lead conversions.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our internal creative and operations teams to ensure flawless alignment and execution of deliverables.
  • Represent CircusInc Events at industry events, expos, and networking platforms, expanding our reach and presence.

What You Bring

  • 3–7 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, specifically within the Events, Exhibitions, or Media industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating fluency, persuasiveness, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and other MS Office tools, enabling you to create impactful presentations and manage client data efficiently.
  • Confidence in client-facing roles coupled with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • A goal-oriented individual with a strong performance-driven mindset.
