Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate internal resources and communication across departments to support business objectives. • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets; ensure follow-up on action items. • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership review. • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain records of key business decisions. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on goals and activities. • Maintain and update databases, trackers, and business-related documentation. • Help identify process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. • Support the onboarding and coordination of external vendors and partners. • Handle confidential information with discretion. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • 2–4 years of experience in a similar coordination or operations support role. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Preferred Skills: • Experience working with cross-functional teams. • Basic understanding of business analytics or data interpretation. • Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is an advantage.
