What You Bring to the Table (Mandatory Experience):

• Proven Business Analysis Acumen:

  At least 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of BA methodologies, tools, and techniques.

• Requirements Mastery:

  Demonstrable experience in gathering, documenting (e.g., user stories, use cases, process flows), and managing requirements for complex software development projects.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  Excellent ability to engage, communicate with, and manage expectations of diverse stakeholders across all levels of an organization.

• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Knowledge:

  A solid understanding of the full SDLC, particularly within an agile or hybrid agile framework.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

  Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and propose practical, effective solutions.

• Experience working within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design thinking.
