Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage with clients to provide advisory services that enhance business agility and drive technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for organizational transformation, facilitating discussions to foster a culture of continuous improvement, and guiding teams in implementing agile methodologies to help clients adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape. You will also analyze existing processes and recommend strategies that empower organizations to outlearn and outperform their competition, ensuring they remain at the forefront of their industries. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote agile practices across teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technology solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in organizational change management and transformation initiatives. - Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
