Customer Support Executive International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound international calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.
  • Document all call information accurately and follow up where required.
  • Work closely with the team and management to achieve performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in an

    International Voice Process

    is mandatory.
  • Qualification:

    Graduate

    or

    Undergraduate

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle pressure.

    5 days a week (Rotational shifts)

  • Salary:

    Up to 6 LPA (Depending on interview score and experience)
