Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement brand marketing strategies.
• Lead retail branding, brand activations, and in-store promotions across key locations
• Collaborate with sales, creative, and digital teams to ensure cohesive brand visibility
• Monitor market trends, analyze consumer insights, and track competitor activity
• Execute ATL/BTL marketing campaigns aligned with the brand's tone and vision
• Ensure all branding efforts follow internal brand guidelines and communication standards
• Partner with vendors and agencies for seamless execution of local marketing plans
• Provide timely performance reports with insights for optimization.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in FMCG, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
• Hands-on experience in field marketing, campaign management, and consumer engagement.
• Excellent in stakeholder management, project coordination, and multitasking
• Proficient in MS Office, basic analytics, and familiar with digital marketing tools
