Position: Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Launch & Infrastructure Setup
• Lead end-to-end opening of new stores, including infrastructure planning, vendor coordination, and execution.
• Operations & Expansion
• Set up and streamline retail and D2C operations.
• Drive business growth across B2C and D2C channels, ensuring scalability and profitability.
• Brand Marketing & Strategy
• Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to build brand equity.
• Manage digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and offline promotions.
• Customer Experience & Loyalty
• Design and manage customer relationship programs, loyalty initiatives, and retention strategies.
• Use data insights to enhance customer lifetime value.
• Cross-functional Leadership
• Work closely with product, design, retail, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in brand management or retail expansion (preferably in luxury/lifestyle/jewelry).
• Strong leadership and execution skills.
• Experience in both online (D2C) and offline (B2C) retail ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, customer-centric mindset, and strategic thinking.
