Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in sales and customer relationship management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure long-term relationships.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Emerging Enterprise Banking and UCV products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities.
Experience working with Sales Officer and Branch Relationship Executive roles.
Familiarity with branch operations and procedures is an added advantage.
