Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Sales or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the Emerging Enterprise Banking sector.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling products and services to potential customers.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and customer interactions.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Assets, UCV, Sales, and Sales Officer roles within the BFSI industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
Familiarity with branch operations and procedures is essential.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
