Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Inclusive Banking, SBL, and Mortgages.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to boost customer acquisition and retention.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in branch management or a related field, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Strong knowledge of Inclusive Banking, SBL, and Mortgages products and services.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
