Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Credit Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 14 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in credit management and emerging enterprise banking.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the credit function of the branch, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Develop and implement effective credit strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk analyses to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored credit solutions for clients.
Monitor and report on credit performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of credit management principles, practices, and regulations.
Proven experience in managing credit portfolios and driving business growth through strategic planning.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and technologies.
Experience working with emerging enterprise banking products and services is an added advantage.
