BPO Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Telecaller for our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers or prospects, communicating effectively about products or services, and achieving sales or lead generation targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers or prospects as per the allocated campaign.
2. Communicate effectively about products or services, addressing customer queries and concerns.3. Achieve sales targets, lead generation targets, or other campaign-specific goals.4. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.5. Follow up on leads, escalate issues to supervisors when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction.6. Adhere to script guidelines, campaign parameters, and quality standards.7. Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call volumes, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.8. Participate in training sessions and coaching to improve skills and performance.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with targets and metrics.- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role is desirable but not mandatory.- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.- Shift flexibility, including potentially working in shifts to cover campaign requirements.

Pay: ₹18,765.65 - ₹31,906.95 per month
