Job Description

We are seeking BPO Professionals to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidates will have 1-6 years of experience in the BPO sector, demonstrating strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively and efficiently.
Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies and standards during customer interactions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
