We are seeking an SAP Time and Expense Assistant Product Manager that is a highly skilled role with SAP Concur functional and technical skills across all aspects of Product Management / Product Operations paired with expertise in a large global organization. In this role, you will support critical elements of the global operational stability of the SAP Time and Expense product suite. This includes monitoring, maintenance, and resolution of systems incidents and outages as well as playing a role in the successful delivery/deployment of Time and Expense enhancements, configurations, and product releases. The candidate must be a self-starter with global SAP Concur Expense and SAP Timesheet technical and business process experience. Your key responsibilities include understanding and supporting documentation of business processes, workflows, and requirements to ensure ERP components align with organizational goals and operational needs. You will also develop detailed functional specifications for SAP Timesheet and SAP Concur Expense components, provide support to the lead Product Manager, support product update and enhancement lifecycle, ensure adherence to industry best practices, monitor impacts to other processes, manage functional incidents, provide technical incident oversight, analyse batch failures/errors, understand financial impacts, assist with planning staffing levels, coach team members, and establish relevant controls and feedback systems. To qualify for the role, you must have a creative and self-starter mindset, effective listening skills, ability to deal with escalations, conflicts, and difficult situations under pressure, exceptional English language skills, flexibility to work outside regular office hours, and a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, computer science, or a related discipline. Ideally, you should also have prior experience working for a large, global organization with a complex environment, experience with SAP HRMM, and experience with SAP Financials.
