Body Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:
• Managing daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets.
• Supervising and training technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Ensuring high-quality repairs and adherence to industry standards.
• Monitoring and managing inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Coordinating with other departments to improve efficiency.
• Implementing safety procedures and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Customer Relations:
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and ensuring excellent service.
• Collaborating with insurance adjusters and financial services.
• Financial Management:
• Managing budgets, expenses, and financial targets.
• Preparing reports and performance metrics for management.
• Leadership and Development:
• Motivating and leading the team of technicians.
• Conducting training sessions and resolving personnel issues.
• Staying updated with industry trends and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
