About the job

The ideal candidate will have domain experience in BMS industry of 3 to 5 years with good system knowledge. The candidate will be required to meet pre-sales target for the organizational business objectives and strategy. Assist the Sales/Operations Team in coverage and expansion of business for all Delta BMS products.

Key Result Areas

  • Ability to carry out requirement discussion and configure and present end-to-end Demo for BMS Solution.
  • Manage Presales Documentation (Proposal Preparation, Solution Presentation, Effort Estimations, Design and related activities) and discussions with prospects independently.
  • Must have expertise in creating and evaluating Building Management System’s IO summary, DDC/PLC, integration units and sensor selections. Must have Good Knowledge about BMS communication Protocols such as BACnet, LON, Modbus, Ethernet. Must understand of HVAC Systems (Chillers, AHU, FAHU, PACU, FCU, VAV, DX, Split Unit etc.) & cooling cycle as well.
  • Must have expertise in designing medium size to large-scale IBMS solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, Passive and Active Networking Systems.
  • Must have knowledge in industry regulations for designing a BMS/security/safety solution as per standards.
  • Experience in AutoCAD drawing and Prepare SLDs and BASIC Design Requirement during Bidding.
  • Send technical requirements to manufacturers/ Distributors/sub-contractors and request a competitive quotation. Negotiate for best prices and lead delivery terms.
  • Experience in presenting the designed solution/architecture in post tender meetings and solution presentations to client/contractor.
  • Able to manage manufacturers/ Distributors/sub-contractors, establish business relations and do commercial negotiations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering/Commercial or recognized equivalent
  • Minimum 5 plus years of experience in biding
  • Skills such as time management, co-ordination, accuracy, attention
  • Strong communication skills and assertive business acumen, proactively leading the tender process via direct and clear communication across all levels. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • AUTO CAD and other designing skill would be preferable.
