Job Description

BIM (Building InformationModelling) Specialist

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain 3D models using tools like Revit, Navisworks, or ArchiCAD. 
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy. 
  • Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts. 
  • Generate construction documentation and schedules from BIM models. 
  • Support BIM implementation and training across teams. 

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks). 
  • Understanding of construction processes and architectural design. 
  • Knowledge of IFC standards and BIM Level 2/3 compliance. 
  • Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in BIM modeling or coordination.
