As a Customer Service Representative at our organization, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers with a go-getter attitude. Your primary responsibilities will include providing satisfactory customer service, conducting Level-1 troubleshooting, and ensuring that all customer issues are promptly addressed and resolved. It will be your duty to protect customers" confidential information and utilize it solely for official purposes. You will be expected to engage with current and prospective customers via the Internet and various software platforms to provide information about ongoing promotions and answer any queries they may have. Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, responding to their inquiries, and effectively resolving any issues that may arise will be a key part of your daily tasks. We are looking for individuals who are open to receiving consistent coaching, actively participating in performance planning, and setting goals for themselves. Flexibility and adaptability to change are highly valued in our work environment. The ideal candidate for this role should be a Graduate, either a Fresher or an Experienced professional, with an awareness of Spanish culture. Proficiency in handling calls in both Spanish and English, as well as the ability to work comfortably in night shifts and a 24*7 work setting, are essential requirements. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, both verbal and written, are crucial for this position. Additionally, holding a B1/B2 level certification would be considered an added advantage.
