Role & responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations that communicate key business metrics. • Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into technical solutions. • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. • Support data quality, validation, and integrity across reports and dashboards. • Develop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines for BI use cases. • Perform ad hoc analyses and provide insights to business teams across departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Sales). • Assist in user training and documentation of BI solutions. • Participate in code reviews, version control, and agile sprint ceremonies (if applicable) Preferred candidate profile • 35 years of experience in BI engineering or data analytics roles. • Proficiency in Tableau (Desktop and Server) – creating interactive dashboards, storyboards, and advanced charts. • Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.) • Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.) • Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Apache Airflow, dbt) is a plus. • Understanding of data governance and security best practices. • Ability to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions
