Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team. You will assist customers in choosing the right beauty products, provide skincare/makeup recommendations, and ensure an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product selection based on their needs.
• Explain the benefits, usage, and features of skincare, makeup, and haircare products.
• Demonstrate product application (if required).
• Drive sales to meet or exceed daily targets.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper merchandising of the display area.
• Manage stock levels and inform the manager about inventory needs.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.

Requirements:

• 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate
• Previous experience in beauty retail is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of skincare, makeup, and cosmetic products
• Passion for beauty and personal care
• Presentable and confident personality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Pay: ₹13,636.97 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 9 per week
